The lower bit rate works fine. You can keep the low bitrate. One more suggestion .. many times, I can hear the guest better than you. :) You might wanna check that ..

In order to download the mp3 interview it is necessary to click on the tittle this is not too intituitive for new visitors, maybe a "click here to download" would be useful.

The interviews are great, thank you

looks promising...but how do I subscribe to the podcast so that I have it listed in iTunes and can automatically update? I'm somewhat of a podcast newb, but I have a couple setup that way in iTunes, so I'm not completely inept. Nice to see more interest in BSD!

Discovered BSDTALK and thus TiddlyWiki - thank you both.

TiddlyWiki really is highly useful and useable - most impressed.

The man command uses more as the pager in OpenBSD. (less is the usual default with Linux.) But in either case, it's not "built in".

The lower bitrate is definitely fine... I couldn't really notice a difference from the previous podcasts as I was listening.

fak3r: If you subscribe to the podcast using iTunes, I believe iTunes should automatically check for podcast updates once a week or something. If you don't like that interval, either attempt to change it (preferences), or try a different podcast client.

In iTunes, go to Advanced in the menu and "Subscribe to Podcast" and use the url as -

http://feeds.feedburner.com/bsdtalk

this should be good .. ofcourse you can also change interval for updates in preferences.
