This was a great interview. If I ever run an e-mail server, I will definitely take a look at employing the spamd software discussed in the podcast.

Does anyone know of attemts/successes in porting spamd to freebsd. I have seen mentioned on various malinglist mail/spamd wich is to my limmited knowlage not the openbsd spamd.

Thanks for this interview. I now have a high-level idea of what spamd does, and I also now am more aware that there are less ascerbic people than Theo that work on this project. It makes me more willing to purchase a CD than I might otherwise be.

I've gotten sick of junk mail and will myself be implementing spamd when OpenBSD 4.0 comes out. The OpenBSD team is rightly well respected for its work.
